You are permitted to hold only one Account with daia4d. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player VIP tier. Bank transfer deposits typically have a maximum of Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, while e-wallet deposits are limited to Rp 10,000,000 per transaction. Higher limits may be available to VIP Players upon request.
Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes. In some cases, delays may occur due to bank processing times, network issues, or verification requirements. If your deposit has not appeared in your Account balance within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from joint accounts, business accounts, or accounts belonging to another individual will be rejected and returned (minus any applicable processing fees). This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect all parties.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, which are beyond our control.

Your Account must be in good standing with no active disputes or suspected fraudulent activity. Verified Accounts typically have withdrawals processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during Indonesian banking hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. VIP members enjoy priority processing with faster turnaround times.
For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit. If this is not possible due to technical limitations or account closure, you may be asked to provide alternative documentation before an alternative withdrawal method can be approved.
daia4d does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges, which are beyond our control and your responsibility.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings can be withdrawn. We reserve the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your Account settings. Canceling a bonus will forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Your original deposit amount will remain in your Account.
All Players must engage in fair and honest gameplay. Use of bots, automated software, collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of daia4d Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
